James and Florence MacKenzie love Jesus Christ and his gospel, and believe the Bible speaks just as powerfully now as it always has. They are passionate about applying biblical principles to everyday life and are active members of their church’s preaching team.

Florence has an honours degree in psychology and an honours diploma in expository preaching.  In addition to preaching and speaking at events throughout the UK and overseas, she is a published author of small group bible resources.  She is also a featured author with Just Between Us, a magazine that encourages and equips women for a life of faith.  In her free time, Florence pursues her passion for animal print; indulges her interest in interior design; and furthers her investigations into her ancestry.

James’s passion for God’s word is never more in evidence than when he preaches, presenting biblical truth in practical and incisive ways. Professionally, James is a recently-retired medical doctor and has worked most of his life as a pathologist. In his spare time, his interests are more artistic and he enjoys creative writing, particularly poetry and short stories.  He recently wrote a prize-winning essay for a competition held by Christians for Biblical Equality.
